Mystery Heroes has enough swings due to randomness of heroes and comp make-ups. It doesn’t need another layer of lobsidedness with perks, especially how the progress resets every hero.

Agree. After playing a 30 or so matches, I can say, I would really like them to be removed or at least tweaked somehow. (maybe you can keep at least 1 level after respawning, the way you keep at least a bit of the ult charge?)
Because right NOW, it just turning the previous hard to turn around matches into one sided stomps too, when the enemy team has 5 unkillable heroes with 2 perks each, while the other team just keeps dying and dying.
