Perks are too unbalanced

It could be good system if it’s balanced well. but, look at the perk of Ana, Roadhog, Hanzo And Soldier for example.

Some of perks are useless(long range trap for roadhog? non-sense.)

Some of them has huge gap of efficiency.(Double nano-boost for Ana vs Stim Pack for soldier? it doesn’t make sense at all. it’s incomparable)

Stim Pack
Biotic Field can be used as a Stim Pack, increasing attack speed and reload speed by 30% while being unhealable for 4 seconds.

← this isn’t useful at all. it’s not additional ability, it costs Biotic field for use.

some of them are just joke.

Yamagami Technique
Wall Climb accelerates your Lunge cooldown by 250%.

← this is MAJOR perk. it’s almost joke level. compare it with Ana perk. how poor…

Ana’s double Nano is really good.

I agree that Hanzo’s perks are mostly kind of mid.

Scatter perk nerfs him.
Sonic perk is pretty good, but too niche.
Lunge perk is a joke.
Dragon Fury though? Fantastic! This is the one perk that makes him viable beyond Diamond.

We have heroes with minor perks that are better than major perks of other heroes. It’s the same old “some heroes just have to be good” balance a-la Blizzard.

Soldiers perk is alright, it’s for those who have friends giving them barrier support, and adaptive shielding hp.
Just admit it’s not for you, a friendless loser soloist who depends on Field.

stimpack is the worst perk. unhealable for 4 seconds is bigger than buff.

How does scatter perk nerf him? While I think it’s mainly useless, hitting the arrows normally still does the same dmg.

If you actually use Storm Arrow bounces, the Scatter perk is a nerf.
An example are the shots I will ricochet around cover to kill a target behind it. You simply can’t do that with these Scatters.

Each split Arrow deals 25 damage for 75 total, plus they can’t crit (meaning their potential damage is half of regular Storm Arrow bounces).

Due to their spread pattern and angle, the only conceptual use to them is if someone is in a small room, in which case 10 of those 15 split arrows have to hit to kill a 250 HP target, and the odds of that are pretty low.

By using the perk, you are sacrificing lethality as well as consistency.

I wasn’t considering the bounces, as those seem so rare and unreliable to use. A small added benefit. But fair enough.

Scatter Arrows(25 damage per new projectile) should be buffed too.(maybe 35~40 damage?)

I will now pretend I can do a detailed multipronged highly analytical analysis of all perks in the game. You see my super genius brain already knows all the answers to balancing out a pvp game to perfection.

I’ve actually had a lot of fun with the Stim Pack perk.

Zarya and Ramattra is broken with these Perk Update. Ram needs a duration nerf and cd nerf for Nemesis form and zarya needs cd nerf to her bubbles.
