I have a 5080, 9800 X3D, 32 GB ram. NVME SSD.
On max settings im getting over 300 FPS, but having stuttering, sometimes freezing for half a second at a time. As well as at the beginning of the match, half my team and the enemy team aren’t loaded in. Can see my team’s name tags, not their player models.
I’ve tried verifying the files, reinstalling, lowering settings, turning on and off certain settings, updated drivers. Not having this issue on other games.
Any thoughts?
Same. I don’t know if I can call that stutter. It plays for 1 sec, freeze for 2 sec, like clockwork. It nevers goes away. It’s even freezing in the menus.

I’m getting like 300 fps, opposed to 500, with a 5090 and 9800x3d.
Same here. I can reach 144 FPS stable but game freezes every 5 seconds, going down to 50 fps. Good luck getting a response from Blizzard. I tried for 1 full day to talk to them about the issue but there’s no way to send a ticket or something. There’s just a community guy here who keeps telling us to use their troubleshooter (which doesn’t solve the problem)
Have the same issue, game is unplayable since the new update. I keep getting FPS drops like hell
Same issue. I also noticed my CPU usage is pegged out at 100% when playing overwatch since the patch, when previously it was around 45%
Clear shader cache, maybe this will help you 
Similar issue here, I’m seeing a random stutter that happens every minute or so where it locks up for several frames and then is back to normal. This didn’t happen before the update.

9800x3d + 5090 + 480Hz + all settings on low = frequent frame drops and stuttering that didn’t occur last patch
it seems to be all AMD cpu systems? Anyone with Intel and these problems?
