I am still experiencing performance issues on my PC that started on Mid-Season 11. Will there be any bug fixes to repair these issues next Tuesday?

There is a bug that slows down my game performance.
im also experiencing constant 80-100 ping, and my computers running perfectly fine, its just overwatch, and im getting rubberbanded for a majority of a match
I hope the Mid-Season Patch will fix the FPS lag.
I have also been experiencing major frame rate drops before and during matches, it’s getting annoying.

Has anyone experienced any performance issues since the mid-season patch?
after an update 3 weeks or so ago its gotten pretty bad, unplayable usually. Every once in a while I can adjust settings and get it to play normally for a couple games, but then it will lose frames and quality again the next time I go in. Essentially going down to 5-19 fps and sometimes freezing for a second or two, with fuzzy graphics no matter which graphics settings I change (low, medium, high, recommended settings, etc). It doesnt appear to be the PC settings since it does at times work perfectly fine but then resets after a day, however it is rare to be able to get it to work. Updated, reinstalled, restarted, etc, nothing has worked as a permanent fix.
Performance on PC is horrific after this last update. I know it’s not me, because others on my team and enemy team will talk about it in game-chat every game. Constant disconnects, lag, fps drops, just general issues.
On top of that my game keeps crashing. I made my own post here for technical help, but have yet to have anyone update my post.
This is maddening. Performance was an issue before, but at least it was playable.
Blizzard has really got to figure out how to get this game to run properly. The optimization is the worst of any game I play.
