Every game i am pretty sure I get reported Im not sure tho but they say they do.
As IUm constantly getting harassed in voice chat they are the ones reporting me. Simple solution mute them. 
I mean this in a non sarcastic way to one tricks

Depending on what they one trick and if they’re losing but still feel it’s unnecessary to switch is throwing in my book

There is a difference between “a stance” and a business decision. The stance is that they do not like one-tricks. The game director told us directly that it is bad, there will be times when it will hurt your team. The GMs that handle ban appeals say the same. The business decision is not making it officially bannable due to technicalities.

That’s exactly what everyone does, apart from the few that report at the beginning of the match.
Welll people were abusing that to report one tricks so they removed that and made gameplay sabatoge. essentially you play hanzo isn silver or gold get reported
