I feel like this should be something reportable, some matches I’ve played I’ve simply asked for heals and I’m met with them saying the no voice line, this is in games where I haven’t been doing anything to deserve such a response and they’re right in front of me, I don’t understand why some players throw like this tbh.

Nothing you can do. One of the worst things someone can do to you. If a DPS runs around purposefully not doing any damage they get kicked from the game, it should be the same for healers purposefully not healing.
Though I wouldn’t recommend complaining here because the last thread that someone made about this had someone make the argument that as long as they are dealing damage and contesting points they aren’t throwing.

I’m a tank/support main, the thing is when I’m playing tank I need heals, and honestly if someone does that to me and is never healing for me I usually just leave and avoid them
Intentionally not healing is 100% hard throwing and reportable

If they are healing you despite the “no”, they’re not doing anything wrong. Sometimes I meet supports who say “no” while having their healing beam on me, or Ana throwing a nade to get my HP up.

Unless they’re right there with you and have the capacity to heal you then they might be letting you know they can’t (due to positioning, LoS, flankers occupying them, whatever).
If they’re just annoyed with you and not healing then this is very hard to report and act on because they’ll likely be healing other people and their numbers will basically look fine to Blizz.

I reply with “no” when I can’t heal (no juice or orb as Moira, no Repair charges as Brig, no line of sight to you). If you’re running into people who can and should heal you, and they’re just being jerks, then I guess that counts as “gameplay sabotage”.

I use “no”, when someone asks for heal and there is no way I can get to them or I am busy with healing someone critical - simply when I can´t. Many people use to overextend and than ask for heal in places, where you have no chance to reach them.

That or have 3 other people to heal who were smart enough to not go in 1v3 or something and go where the healer cannot get you, specially annoying when they are behind a wall but still in enemy sight and complain you didn’t heal them

Pretty sure it’s mostly a joke, or maybe they’re saying no because you’re so far away and they can’t heal you from that distance.
If someone is too far away from me for heals I’ll say “group up with me” and if they keep saying It I’ll respond “no” then “group up with me”

i say no as i am healing them, and i got used to it so much specially as moira and lucio.

Why should it be reportable? THEYRE letting you know that you’re not gonna get healed which is better than continuing to fight under the false assumption that you WILL be healed.
There are many reasons why they might be saying no too
There are a couple of specific instances where you move down my priority list as a support. Either spamming “need healing” like a baby after you, usually in some place outside of my los, die, or asking for healing every time you lost 5 HP. I’ll still heal you, but you’re not getting the same level of care that you would get if you weren’t being annoying where I’ll do everything in my power to get to you and heal you.
If you weren’t doing anything like that though then it’s possible you just misinterpreted. I’ve seen a lot of people who are maybe a little neurotic think people were being crappy toward them when they probably weren’t. I had someone recently say that shotcaller endorsements was being used to mock them for instance. Sometimes people just like to spam the yes/no voicelines and not everything is about you.

I mean I do this as a joke but I still heal them.
Ally: I need healing!
Me: No.
Also Me: Still heals them anyway because im a support who heals because its my job.
It is something reportable, they are refusing to do what they queued up for, if a player is just bad at a role and doesn’t play well despite trying their hardest that’s not reportable, but a player being like “No I won’t heal you” is like a doctor refusing to do surgery on you.
I was in a game on Nepal and we had a Moira on our team who didn’t use healing hand once in the entire game (I confirmed I checked replay) and when I brought this fact up the enemy just said “Oh we are just too good, you are just mad we destroyed you” like btch what? We had a thrower in our team and the enemies are just screaming ez again and again in match chat?
Don’t mind me but I say “no” while I’m healing

I hate that. Of course you would have lost anyway because you have a DPS Moira. a main healer who won’t heal is horrible. I’m sorry you incountered that. Especially the people who say “ez” because they love to boost their ego.
