Okay i know this sounds so weird but its possible. People being “Afk” and they leave and join right back so fast they dont get a punishment. Ive had someone in my game who ONLY plays mcree and if he doesnt get mcree he would literally just sit at the select screen and not pick anything and when they get are close to getting kicked they leave and join back and then wait again ect ect. Anyway this absolutely ruins the game for everyone. Nobody is trying because there is literally one person not picking a hero for the entire game so everyone just stops and gives up. We cant even leave the game because your gonna get a penalty for doing so because this one guy keeps messing up the system by leaving and joining so fast. In my whole 2.5 years of playing this game ive never experienced anything like this and this happening again is a really low chance but i really just wanna get this out there because so it doesnt happen to anyone else again this isnt okay at all and i feel the only way to fix it is to make the system respond faster to people leaving. I didnt even know it was possible to mess up the system but sadly it is.

Would prolly just report them. Also its pretty much the same thing as he would pick a char and just feed, expect now they dont get extra ult charge. Inactivity & gameplay sabotage would prolly be the right reports.
The lever who joins back can rejoin but will still lose -50sr and be suspended next game. Different scenario i got DC and rejoined in less than 30sec and it still happened (-50 plus suspension even if we won). Unfortunately the only thing you can do to the player is Avoid them.
We recently had someone who wouldn’t leave spawn the whole game and just run around and that was “fun” -.-
You know what is more weird? Why you or others dont let him play McCree and have normal game???
