They already tuned the matchmaker back in the October 25th patch. If after a second tuning you’re still hard stuck then I suggest tuning yourself because you’re running out of excuses.
Game Launches:
“The matchmaker is working as intended. Nothing wrong with it.”

i’m glad they’re at least acknowledging and addressing it. if they have actually improved matchmaking, i expect it might take some time for the matchmaker to sort people into more balanced lobbies. realistically, it’ll probably be a process of multiple iterations of tuning. this is taking the patch notes in good faith and at face value.
but again, i’m really glad to see they’re putting resources into it. i’ve been complaining about ranked feeling like qp. i’ve been noticing a lot of other people talking about the drop in ranked matchmaking quality from ow1 to ow2. so it’s nice to see this in the patch notes.
