So they changed Bridgitte’s voice line from “Take a hike” to “Get out of here” and Roadhog’s “You’re a talker. I don’t like talkers” to “I’m beached as, bro”. Does anyone know why? And wth does “I’m beached as, bro” even mean?
This is what I’ve found on Google:
" Beached as. Spurred on in popularity from a much-loved cartoon series in the late noughties, beached as is a term commonly used to describe a whale parched on a beach. It can however be substituted to other sea life, or even human life as well. Example: “Oh no, I’m beached bro ."

Okay that look stupid af to be honest. Do you know why it was changed? Especially Bridgitte’s?
Probably had something to do with several voice lines being duplicates.

Brg’s new voiceline was literally one of her original voicelines said in a different voice tone, and Hog’s “You’re a talker, I don’t like talkers.” voiceline was changed because he already has a voiceline saying “I don’t like talkers.”
I dunno what “I’m beached as, bro” mean.

Beached = stranded, in a bad position, in a place they shouldn’t be, etc.
I’m beached as, bro = I’m screwed enough as is, bro
Any improper English drops short words that doesn’t change the meaning of the slangy-sentence itself. Imagine it being a response to “Bro, you’re gonna get beached!” and then Roadhog would respond with “I’m beached as, bro!” Though I’m pretty sure it’s also an obscure reference to the video Stars linked. So it can be standalone or a meme-reference.
ANYWAY! The voiceline changes were because they already had similar voicelines for those characters. Which is kinda unfair to have a shortened and extended version of the same type of voiceline instead of more options to choose from.
