Seriously, him having that reduced knockback is way more beneficial than a now 60 HP heal every 8 seconds.
Also, still no hitscan nerfs with an accompanying revert of Emre’s damage buff. Even though Old Emre should’ve been where they nerfed the other hitscans to, not buffing him to their level.
OW might be back, but the balance team apparently missed the memo. Also, random Illari gutting. Instead of just… Making her bullets smaller. Is she even that good, outside of her bus sized bullets?
Dva keeps getting nerfs all because of the new passive it’s so dumb

Hm…I find it curious how they’re choosing to nerf Illari. The secondary fire healing resource reduction makes sense to me; the perk changes not so much. I think what they should be trying is a size reduction to her primary fire; I believe her relative consistency is a big factor in her win rates, so targeting that would be prudent.
That said, they didn’t roll back her primary fire damage buff, so I’m okay with it overall. Kiriko needs buffs though…. ![]()
Miz might not technically need an aura size buff, but I like the idea simply because it’s consistent with Lucio’s. ![]()
On another note: if this leak is real, I’ll prepare myself for a whole bunch of Hogs in QP looking to try out the buff. Bleurgh. ![]()

- Boosters: Cooldown increased from 3.5 to 4 seconds.
Hazard
- Moved from Stalward to Initiator
Ramattra
- Void Barrier: (5v5 only) Cooldown decreased from 13 to 12 seconds.
- Annihilation: Damage per second increased from 30 to 35.
Roadhog
- Scrap Gun: Damage per pellet increased from 6.5 to 7
Anran
- Inferno Rush: Jump height increased by 20%. Will now automatically climb over small ledges.
Emre
- Altered Vitals: Time before trigger reduced from 4.5 to 4 seconds.
Vendetta
- Raging Storm (minor perk): Damage per spin reduced from 35 to 30. No longer a major perk
- Siphoning Strike (major perk): Overhead lifesteal increased from 30% to 40%. No longer a minor perk
Illari
- Solar Rifle: Secondary Fire Maximum resource reduced from 3.5 to 3 seconds.
- Summer Solstice (minor perk): Attack speed gained reduced from 30% to 20%.
- Sunburn (major perk): Damage reduced from 70 to 50.
Jetpack Cat
- Territorial (major perk): Removed
- Claws Out (major perk): Moved from minor to major. Cooldown reduced from 8 to 6 seconds.
- Ulterior Motive (new minor perk): 15% of Biotic Pawjectiles healing is converted into fuel.
Mizuki
- Remedy Aura: Radius increased from 10 to 12 meters.Time before degeneration reduced from 2 to 1.75 seconds.

Yea bro cause roadhog needs a damage buff!
Like… I hope this is fake because I really hope this dev team isn’t stupid enough to fully acknowledge and understand no one wants to play against roadhog and he has an insufferable design, then decide to BUFF his weapon damage even though they know he’s always one damage buff away from being meta.
Yeah I’m anticipating this too. Hog at least makes my dmg numbers as echo really high so that’s a nice boost to my ego teehee
Nah, Initiator is proving to be exceptionally useful for heroes like D.va and Winston, hence the adjustment to Boosters. D.va regenerating more health on average than Junker Queen, which isn’t a great sign.
He needs lethality and he’s the weakest Tank hero at the moment.
They have past history to look on the last time they did it and it didn’t turn out great for Illari.
Captive Sun does a lot of great work for a lot of teams.

The balance team quite literally balances around whining and outrage. Around streamers whining on twitch and bad players whining on reddit.
Any hero even slightly unpopular that is out of line? NA demands nerfs and NA gets those nerfs.
Illari is just the latest. Symmetra gets nerfed like this all the time.

- Even if you believe in your heart of hearts he is… GOOD.
Roadhog SHOULD be terrible for the health of the game. Until they decide to give him a proper rework that actually fundamentally fixes the hero instead of just leaving him essentially as is, he should be terrible.
The tank hero designed entirely around one shotting people, should never be relevant. Again he is always one damage buff away from being hard meta and oppressive. It happens every time he gets a damage buff.
Why would they revert emre when it bought him to 50% winrate?
I’m surprised they didn’t tone down Emre’s Heat Sink perk since that seems to be a hot topic of balance discussion
Well, it’s a buff and a nerf. Same range as lucio now, but it also starts to decay faster. So bigger radius, but average charge will be lower.
If not hog, who do you think is? Hazard? Either way, hog has been struggling for a long time with how easy he is to counter swap. I don’t think more dmg making it pretty much impossible to miss the one shot now is the play. But he has needed help.
