1.1.0.2 Self-healing abilities now charge ultimate abilities. As a result, some heroes’ ultimate costs have been adjusted. 1.3.0.2 Ultimates that consume the ultimate meter when activated will now drain the meter more quickly (0.25s instead of 1s).
