Patch Notes (by me)

Here are some balance changes I thought to the game based on my own experience and what I see out there. I’m sorry if they’re too crazy. :upside_down_face:

Echo:
■ Duplicate:

  • Duplicate can now target allies by default.
  • No longer prevents the target from switching heroes when active.

Symmetra:
☆ Hovering Barrier:

  • Cooldown is reduced to 8 seconds when selecting the barrier.

Ramattra:
☆ Relentless Form:

  • Now also reduces the cooldown of Nemesis Form during Omnic Form by 1 second when getting eliminations.

Reinhardt:

  • Reinhardt can now use a quick melee attack.

• Rocket Hammer:

  • Maximum range increased from 5 to 7 meters.

Ana:
■ Nano Boost:

  • Nano Boost now also increases healing dealt by 50%.
  • Ana now gets the option to cast Nano Boost on herself.

Brigitte:
*Brigitte can now use a quick melee attack.

• Rocket Flail:

  • Maximum range increased from 6 to 8 meters.
    ■ Rally:
  • Radius increased from 8 to 10 meters.
  • Armor gain increased from 100 to 150.

Illari:
■ Captive Sun:

  • Captive Sun can now fire a second projectile that can burst heal allies by 100 health and create 10 meter healing area that heals by 75hps for 8 seconds.
  • The damage projectile is fired in the primary fire and the healing projectile in the secondary fire.

Juno:
■ Orbital Ray:

  • Ultimate cost reduced in 10%.
  • Duration increased from 8 to 10 seconds.

Lifeweaver:
● Healing Blossom:
• Reload animation is no longer is interrupted by placing Petal Platform or using Life Grip.
*Added a visual indicator to the UI that signals when the Lifeweaver’s idle weapon is fully reloaded.
*Added a specific sound effect to alert the player when the idle weapon has finished reloading.

● Petal Platform:

  • Pressing the ability button on a deactivated platform now transforms it into a jump pad.
  • Jump pads cannot be used by enemies. Allies must jump onto the platform to be launched.
  • Allies can be launched up to 12 meters high.
  • Pressing the ability button while the platform is rising now locks it in place, allowing control over its height.
  • Activated platforms no longer reset when not in use. Instead, they remain locked in place until the ability button is pressed again to make them fall. This works even if a player is standing on it.
  • The Interact button now destroys the platform by default.
  • Projectile is no longer blocked by barriers.
  • Maximum height increased to 12 meters.

● Rejuvenating Dash:

  • Healing increased from 45hp to 60 hp.

● Life Grip:
-Now cleanses negative effects on allies.

☆ Perks

Cleansing Grasp - Removed

Lifeweaving – Removed

☆New Minor Perks:
• Rooted Tree: Tree of Life creates spike roots that damages enemies by 45dps.

• Double Bloom: Rejuvenating Dash gains a second charge but it’s healing is reduced by 50%.

☆Major Perks:
• Superbloom: Each detonation triggered by Superbloom adds 20 charge to Healing Blossom with can overfill up to 120 charge.

Moira:
■ Coalescence:

  • Duration is paused when using fade.
    ☆ Destruction’s Divide:
  • Self healing is no longer affected by focusing damage or healing.

Zenyatta:
■ Transcendence:

  • Now becomes unstoppable during Transcendence.

I think the devs mentioned this is a bug. Must be something they can’t really change because it’s been like this since her release.

Support heroes still need nerfs pretty much across the board, bar like Lucio and Wuyang.

Me too!!! I usually play a custom game called “Reinhardt invasion remastered” and it was so fun being able to copy your allies but now i can only copy the Reinhardts :sob::sob::sob:

Wuyang is extremely overtuned and needs to be hit with a hard nerf. More than likely he’ll need multiple to be anywhere near balanced. He should have 225hp as a starting point.

Yeah i know some characters needs nerfs, but in these ideas I preferred to focus on buffing characters that don’t perform so well or have parts in the kit that could be improved.
