I know they want to buff underused perks but come on…
Even then, where’s the other buff or changes for characters that have underused or useless perks like Junkrat?

All heroes needed to be specially adjusted for 6v6. Didn’t they do it?
Being in 6v6 with their 5v5 power levels would be a big problem.
Looks like Torbjorn’s and a few other perks were putting some downward pressure on some heroes and masking the problems that Sojourn/Zarya might be causing. Then again, the problems Zarya/Sojourn could be isolated strictly at the top competitive level and not anywhere else.
No Ana nerfs, guess I’ll be playing Supervive until Season 16.

For a midseason patch after a lackluster initial season patch (in that it had no base hero changes, just the addition of perks), this patch feels like way too little. I’m a bit mad about it, to be honest. And they did absolutely nothing to address how bad of a major perk D.Va’s “Heavy Rockets” is.

all this time for this? these changes should be in the first few weeks with others they didn’t make. I imagine they must be busy with the next season, but if blizz doesn’t have enough people for a live game service they should hire more people and not fire people

devs dont play the game, they never faced nano mercy pocketed sojourn and it shows
I do love the buffs they gave for the superbloom, I might try it out more now. My main problem with it was the time window to get the shots in!
Also 20 to 30 on the heal perk? That’s pretty great
At least they could have done Mercy´s Angelic Recovery to work even when damage boosting…
It really does drastically lower the required accuracy to activate the damage burst, for sure. It was almost 50% before, but now it’s just a fraction over 36%. That’s much more reasonable against squishies. I predict many exploding Sombras in my matches to come
Things missing from this patch:
Ana perk changes. Pretty much everyone agrees these are too much.
Sojourn perk changes. Ditto.
Junkrat perk changes. One of the worst characters in the game has a set of perks with drawbacks.
And personally, would like some Lucio perk changes. Would be nice to have more than one that’s useful.
I just don’t understand why they don’t let it work against barriers and deployables. Very strange omissions to an otherwise cool major perk. At least it was buffed a little, sorely needed it. The other major perk still seems underwhelming in comparison but I prefer having more damage to play with anyway.
