Patch broke my game, need help!

After patch every game I que only has europeans even though I have it set to US servers, and my lag is now more then double. Telling me my signal is going to the US server then being routed back to the european server. What the did they do? Undo it now please!

Can you include a WinMTR so the staff can see where your connection is being routed?

Follow the support documentation for WinMTR. If you’re unable to get into a game for the IP address, then use an IP from the table provided on that page that matches your region. Run the test until you encounter the issue again, or for at least 10 minutes.

Share your results in a reply:

  1. Click the “Copy Text to clipboard” button after you’ve finished the test per the instructions.
  2. Paste the text in a reply, then highlight the pasted text and click </> on the post editor.
  3. Break any links by adding a space before .com, .net, etc.

If I understand this other thread correctly, there is an issue where NTT is routing players to the wrong areas, causing them to connect to other servers. You may want to chime in there and let them know that it’s also happening for EU players trying to reach NA servers.

Yes this is true. but i also contacted NTT with this issue and their response was them having none and it just routes to whoever pays for the nodes. but if there is a deeper issue he said i have to be a customer of NTT to even create a ticket.

Your ISP is probably considered their customer, maybe. Sometimes Blizzard can collect enough info and reach out to those companies, but I don’t think they are NTT’s customer either. Don’t quote me on that, but it could be the reason this isn’t fixed yet.
