My kid just turned 18.
We want to completely disable her parental controls for obvious reasons. Running into some issues.
1 when she tried to send a request to make changes the code sent to my email address simply did not work even though the screen she was sending it from shows my email as the one it was being sent to
2 When we finally did get one of the codes to be recognised the system then gave back an “ account not found “ error. Clearly not the case when the actual page clearly shows my email address as the one sending the codes to as well as my account does in fact exist and I have a live wow account, D3, D4 and Overwatch accounts all on the 1 email.
3 When I tried to do it from my account side there is zero indication I can see to show her account is connected to mine even though her requests to make changes are being sent to me.
I assume I ( or maybe her, or both ) need to make a support ticket and provide her ID ( maybe mine too ) to have her account migrated to her own personal adult account?
