Yea same here, NA voice chat is working for me without vpn but EU voice chat does not work and i have friends from other countries as well who are having this issue.

Chill out man! It is our internet problem. Our country’s internet is generally bad so it’s probably the same case
If it’s not a VOIP block, it’s probably some kind of network congestion as NaqoChak suggests. There’s probably an overloaded router somewhere between Pakistan and our servers which is having issues. There’s not much to do about it right now other than use the VPN unfortunately. Likely this will resolve on its own in time, but you can talk with your ISP about it to see if there’s anything at all that they can do to help.

You’re also in Pakistan right now. I can’t speak to what issues you might have had before moving to Pakistan, but right now, if you’re in Pakistan, it’s the same problem that everyone else in this thread is having.

No actually i played the PTR version and everything was working just fine in EU
while it gives the same problem in The Live version
If things go back to being normal when the New patch update arrives it was definitely the servers, since i got this problem ever since the last patch arrived

ive been having the same problem in EU and Americas i think this is just a country problem. obviously we cant do anything because vpns will destroy our already horrible ping
for now ig we just gotta wait and hope or call ptcl/nayatel or whatever and ask them for help

Same issue still persists with new Middle East servers

Would like to reconfirm that this exact same bug has been happening to me for a month, before quarantines were in effect. I am and have been playing from Pakistan since the launch of Overwatch and this bug has never been encountered before.
The NA and Asia servers run perfectly, this only affects Europe. I have contacted my ISP and they too had sent someone to physically check, and was told that this is a problem on Blizzard’s end. Please try to fix this instead of scapegoating and gaslighting us for our ‘poor connections’.

i can confirm this bug & its so frustrating to deal with. It only happens on blizzard EU live servers. Its been happening even before Covid-19 started so from more then a month now. Im playing Overwatch since beta & never had this issue before. NA,Asian & even PTR EU servers works fine. When i talked to my ISP, they checked & told me that everything is fine on their end, the problem is on blizzard’s side…Kindly look into this issue cos its not just us people who are posting here but its effecting whole country, you already forced us to play on the new middle east server where match making is unfair,longer que times cos population is low & not to mention we have to deal with too much toxicity, throwers e.t.c tho im happy with ping but im not happy with community there, we should have option of choosing between playing on EU or Middle east but that is not the topic here. Kindly look into this voice issue & please don’t tell us that we have bad/poor connections cos most of us are using high speed internet, i have fiber connection of 50 Mbps download & upload as well, literally every game works fine except Overwatch EU/Middle east live servers, so problem is on your end! take this issue seriously cos this is highly impacting our games specially competitive ones & i can’t even use lfr groups cos they require group or team voice for communication!
