I have had consistent packetloss and ping issues for months now and its driving me mad.

Those tests aren’t showing any issues. Did you experience the ping spikes during the test (WinMTR)? You don’t need the traceroute unless you can’t login.

no i have packet burst every single game, and Ive read that the thresholds are low for the icons to show up but when I use the network overlay in game my loss in sits around 10% for a majority of the game,

  1. ive factory reset my modem
  2. ive reinstalled the entire game more times than i can count
  3. replaced ethernet cords
  4. opened ow pc ports for my pc
  5. using mac address passthrough on my router
  6. ive full wiped windows on two seperate harddrives

lmk what I can provide and im happy to do so, this has been driving me insane for months

You may want to open a ticket with the staff. They offer connection troubleshooting as a courtesy, but can’t guarantee solutions. Still, they may know more tips in your specific case.
