Packet Loss and High Latency

I’ve been having this issue for last couple of weeks, making the game unplayable for me.
I’m really tired of dying behind the corners and no regs + no sounds.
8 out of 10 games i have high latency ( sometiems up to 78 , when 60 is normal for me ) , and 2 out of 10 games i have latency around 55 and no packet loss, which is probably because there is 2 different servers.

I’m connected by ethernet cable and have 600/700 download/upload mbps speed.
What i tried:
Router full reset
Connection reset by ISP ( and some ports refresh or renew, idk )
Windows Reinstall ( With Overwatch reinstall as well )

Competitive Game today in Role Queue on anubis:

The Amsterdam exchange node between the ISP and Blizzard’s servers is the first spot where any lag occurs. If someone were to try to address this, it would need to be your ISP since they probably have a contract with this hub provider. However, a jump from 60 to 78ms isn’t likely to be a huge concern for an ISP since you’re not being disconnected. I know this doesn’t resolve the recent jump, but I hope this info helps clarify who is responsible for it.
