How come OWWC Puerto Rico has a Profile Icon but not a Weapons charm like other countries??? Is there a reason or done intentionally?
iirc only teams that made it to groups (top 16, pre-playoffs) got weapon charms. Teams that made it to qualifiers but not groups only got the icons.
(Puerto Rico kinda got shafted; they were in the same qualifier group as USA and Canada)
