Well it worked completely fine for me I earned 80 tokens from it but my suggestion is to connect your Blizzard account to your Google account if you haven’t done that already but if you have then be sure the region you are living in is eligible to actually allow you to earn tokens.
Although responses like this no doubt come from a good place, I once again urge you to just do a forum search on here or reddit and read about the multitude of technical corrections people have already tried.
It worked for most last year and this year people are jumping through hoops just to get their drops.
Sure, I received half of mine. But I watched over 30 hours to receive ALL of them. No I’m not going to be grateful for just receiving half as I didn’t just watch half so stop going there as well.
A post like this just shows the ignorance of an individual of the actual problem and waters down true complaints about the system.
Once again, I know you’re coming from a good place but please quit responding to these posts with this.
I have seen the complaints before plus what you said about the forums MVP they are just simply trying to help you out there is a good reason why they are MVP
I understand that but giving the same information over and over again about correcting the same technical issues 1000 times waters down the complaints where I believe Blizzard truly doesn’t believe something is wrong with their system.
Once again, I’m not asking for validation if it wasn’t working correctly because I’ve received an email from Blizzard saying it wasn’t no matter how many forum users here try to say it was.
Just want to get the knowledge out there for those who are frustrated as well so they know it’s not them.

The system is not “broken”, sure it’s not working perfectly, but it is working for most people.
And I’m saying that as a person who had their phone running OWL the whole time just to make sure i get them as I had trouble with the website at first as well.
Entitled to the promises of a corporation who state spend hours watching our show and we’ll reward you and they don’t.
The phone app worked for every one. The website did not.
It’s not entitlement. It’s frustration.
I know, it’s hard for the simple minded to separate the two.
It didn’t work for most people. Did most receive partial drops? I’d say so. But 100%. No. A simple forum search would show you this but you’d rather try and stir up something here with false responses because you’re too lazy to do a quick search.
ONCE AGAIN, I have an email from Blizzard stating the drops did not work correctly so I’m not arguing with an unresearched response just to try to validate your insecure feelings.
Man I really need to tune in for once. Idk how many tokens I’ve missed out on by forgetting to “watch” it every time. If I can get the drops to work anyway.

Get off your high horse. You even state that Blizz sent you an email, clearly acknowledging that there is an issue. If they are aware of it, they will try to fix it.
A yes, cause that clearly is a good indicator to go by.
