I’ve been watching OWL a lot this year and previous. I’ve been watching live and re-runs and I have never ever receive a single OWL token for this. I was watching sometimes full streams from the beginning to the end.
I have my Bliz account connected to Twitch, so I’ve received sprays for Pink Mercy, Ana and D.Va challenge. I’ve even received OWL Tracer 2019 Twitch emote, but never tokens.
I’ve asked some of my colleagues that are OWL fans as well, and they didn’t receive any tokens for watching too.
I believe this must be an issue.

Will tokens ever drop for my country though?
That would depend on the league office, but its unlikely.
