I had some OWL skins, and now they’re gone, all I have left is 100 credits on my account from when I signed up from a newsletter or something

TL:DR = Something causing all cosmetics and maybe gold, to vanish or become locked despite being owned all ready. Amount of affected items vary and the issue effects all platforms. There is no support or help from Blizzard or OW. Sending support tickets does not help, you get turned away or ignored. At this time we only have each other. Issue has existed for close to, if not 2 years!
