PRO-AM matches start in less then 24 hours and Blizzard hasn’t told us if those matches will have OWL tokens. If not then that will give a bad reputation for the league which they desperately try to improve and it won’t attract that many viewers.

I’m pretty sure OWL tokens will return once the official season 6 of the OWL starts, which is April 27th. The Pro-Am tournament ist a Pre-Season special tournament. You can expect to watch it on Twitch and get the current active Twitch Drops.

I can kind of understand that it is a Pre-Season special tournament but we can expect a lot of same comments like mine because of Activision/Blizzard’s lost opportunity to promote there new skins.
Yeah! An online magazine released an interesting article about the current situation of the OWL and it looks like they are kinda forced to not promote the OWL season.

Well good job for both Activision and Blizzard. Now there is only one question: Who’s gonna watch those “matches” if the rewards are gonna be meaningless ?
