That’s no one’s concern but OWL’s. No one knows how the negotiations looked. All we know is the product, OWL itself. Aside from being there in-person, the stream is all there is. So a measurable loss of broadcast/stream quality is directly connected to the quality of OWL.
The only argument I could find pro YouTube is that I can rewind the stream anytime and don’t have to wait until the stream is finished to check back on something.
Day 1 of Stage 1 of last season (Season 2) had 200K average concurrent viewers. Today averaged around 100K. Day 1 Stage one of Season 1 averaged something like 350K concurrent viewers.
This. A thousand times this. Twitch had issues with Bitrate but ad time went on they tried to fix it. YT right off the bat has bad bitrate, they need to address this ASAP.
YT Gaming would have been so much bigger if YT didn’t let the platform go to waste and shut it down. The treat gamers as second class when they bring in a ton of views for the platform.
