You can even tell in the voices of the ppl talking about the Gladiators vs Charge they are so VERY bored after so much goats. :stuck_out_tongue: I just watched the fourth game its was just goats staring at each other for a minute before even attackingā€¦

First of all, I see that you are fairly new to the Overwatch forums. So, WELCOME TO OVERWATCH, OP! Weā€™re so glad to have you!

Second of all, balance changes will likely be on the way fairly soon that will allow other comps to be viableā€¦or at least, not make GOATS the end all be all.

And finally, you might want to be careful with how you word your post, since some people might construe this as a callout or extraneous/inflammatory, part of the definition of trollingā€¦

Goats is a side effect from overnerfing mercy and buffing tank-based supports.

Well he is not wrong. Goats is garbage to watch. And the patch notes look promising but letā€™s think about something.
Why did none of these patches come out after months of this being like this? But the second owl is live they throw a truck load of patch notes to knock goats down.
This is pure evidence of how little this dev team or the company is in touch with their player base.

Letā€™s also not forget they still have next to no content for their game lol. So after this patch goes live are we going to go through another year long drought?

This is hilarious nothing to do with what the post was about. Post was about goats being so boring the announcer give up trying to sound interesting in the VERY slow last game between specifically charge vs gladiators. Also I might not have many posts but Iā€™m not new to the game. As for changes to fix goatsā€¦ sure they are incoming but itā€™s the fourth time they are attempting to change it.

I was never a big fan of OWL, but I liked sometimes watch it for like 10-20 minutes, but now? Whenever I try they are playing GOATS. It is not even appealing for the eyes imoā€¦

I think itā€™s more that they want the OP to be careful how they word their posts so that itā€™s not taken the wrong way.

Sometimes the forum is just in a bad mood, so to speak, and posts that arenā€™t an issue will get flagged anyway.

Iā€™m not excusing GOATS (and thatā€™s why these balance changes need to hurry up and be patched in ASAP), but being snarky and/or nonconstructive (and to certain folks, extraneous or inflammatory) isnā€™t going to help the situation, and might even subject you to having your post flagged (not that it will result in any action, mind you, but some folks do have a tendency to beā€¦unreasonable in their flags, which is why you can only flag 4 posts a day)ā€¦

Edit: Also, itā€™s Sunday for some folks, and Sundayā€™s finest are about to start climbing out of the woodwork to turn the forums into a mess that the moderators will have to clean upā€¦
