Hi! I was wondiering if anyone knew whether Owl Guardian Mercy was going to return, whether that be as the bundle or its own skin in the hero shop. A response would be appreciated, many thanks ! :))

I’d imagine so at some point. only a matter of time before skins start coming back into the shop

they already said star sheep would return at some point

OWL starts up again next weekend.

They might update the shop then.

There’s a better Mercy skin than that in this season’s battle pass. I know people have their personal preferences but this is like having strawberries on pizza.

I don’t get the obsession with exclusivity

the more people who have good skins the better

yeah i already have that one haha, it’s just I really like the owl guardian one and didn’t get it when it came out for some reason

Only skins I feel should remain exclusive are blizzcon skins or preorder game skins.

I don’t think owl guardian is related to OWL is it? Unless I’m wrong.

Yes it will come back as soon as the “for you” shop really works. It currently only shows you OW1 items, but in the future it will give you OW2 shop items for the heroes you play the most currently, that are not event specific (so no Halloween or Christmas skins I assume).

When will the “for you” shop work correctly? I think when OW2 loses the “beta” tag and that would be: with the launch of PvE.

Currently, PvE is planned to launch this year, but we have no current date and they also said that they “try”, so it could take a while.

But seriously, why did Mercy get so many Epic skins already and only one Legendary??

Yeah the for you shop is just all bundles from ow1 and I really wish there’s more opportunity to get more skins from ow2, especially ones like witch kiriko and owl guardian mercy which say ‘sometimes available in shop’ but never have.

Both epics are really good so I’m not complaining.

Either way I wish we had a way to get shop items we missed without having to wait 10 years,I’m still waiting for Visual Kei Kiriko.
