The rein got hacked but his abilities were still usable 
And sombra seems to still have a version of emp and tp

stream froze for me…
they are confirmed to be more bulky DPS, current tanks are way too team reliant so I can see why they changed it. Roadhog is what they will be balancing them over, who is the only Tank with any sort of individual viability.
