Basically you had 1 rez without ult and up to 3 more with Valk.
It was rez > pop Valk > rez again > wait 10s > rez again > wait 10s > rez again > done.

GA’s original version is what you saw in the first OWC event.
Fly in a straight line and done. No matter what button you pressed, it had no effect anyway.
But after the first set of Moth Mercy nerfs, they added the ability to press jump during GA similar to Doom with his Rocket punch to allow for further distance travel.
Technically superjump might have already been possible back then but not yet discovered, tho I am not sure about that.
TL;DR: slingshots were introduced after first Moth nerfs and superjupk was discovered sometime during 2018

Sling shot was a bug from 1.0 Valk. Streamers discovered it during the demo at Blizzcon. It would literally shoot you across the map. The devs added it in the game later on.
Could be, but it was properly added as a feature after the first set of Valk nerfs.
Idk how consistent the bug version was either.
The input one wont be in the game but the bug one might. I’m not sure if they would add her bugs back in though. It was inconsistent from what I’ve heard.

I absolutely despised this meta. Im reluctant to even touch it, but I want to play DPS Doom.
This meta was worse than GOATs though.

Tbh I totally get that, but imo the version with intant rez only in Valk and cast time rez with no Valk was at least a lot more chill to fight.
It was the closest version of a balanced Valk imo.
Might have needed a bit more nerfing but current Valk is just pure trash.

yes the 6v6 is moth meta not the OWC as that be 5v5 like ranked is…
Also moth meta = widowmaker getting more ez kills of mercy players in the sky thinking they so pretty but yet so easy to killl so give it a week and the mercy mafia be posting widow op omg omg omg i cant hide in the sky no far
