I’m not sure how to do a bug report, but I am playing on PS5. I bought the Watchpoint pack from the Playstation store while on PS4 before OW2 came out. I was recently able to get into the game, but I have received nothing from the Watchpoint pack. I checked the Playstation store again and it wants me to buy the pack again.

Same has happened to me. I’m hoping it’s an error with the transfers that’s going on right now which they are working on and aware of. I’m sure it will be transferred to your account soon.
I hope it does, I just wish that they had more communication with us players about what’s going on. it’s been over 24 hours since the latest update on twitter from the OW account.
Same. Bought the Watchpoint pack and had already earned lots from playing OW1. I have nothing.

Yup it’s happening to I’d wager most who bought it. As mentioned it would be nice to get some sort of comment on this issue either from the console makers who sold the pack or from Blizzard.
Same for me. I bought WP on PS4 and did merge with my PC account. Received nothing. Even lost ability to play 2/3 of the heroes after couple hours of play.

Yeah i was doing battle pass stuff when i realized it was not leting me use the skins and when i look at the space raierd skins it said go to store but i bought back before the beta so i could play it i and i have the 2000 overwatch coins it comes with
Also i check the store and it said i already owned the item
I just got mine after waiting 6 hours so good luck! They are giving them out slowly but surely
Yeah I was just able to get on and the Watchpoint pack I bought during Beta didn’t load? Hopefully they fix this issue soon for all of us.
I am also having this problem, I purchased it on ps5 while playing overwatch 1 on ps4 to get into the ow2 beta. I really wish they would fix this…did they mention this in the bug reports? I didn’t see it. If not they really should have a blue post on this because that is essentially blizzard stealing like 40$ from us.
Same for me purchased on PS5 playing OW1 prior to launch did not get anything from it - it does show up on my PS transaction history, but when i go to the Watchpoint pack it asks me to buy again.
I have the same problem. I bought the Watchpoint-Pack on PS5 and have not received any of the items in the game 
When I go to the Playstation-Store, it says I can’t purchase the package again because I already own it. I also hope they fix this bug quickly or the items really come if you play long enough…

Same here bought it to play the beta on PS5, but I still don’t have the benefits.
The most frustrating part is that this issue is not being addressed in any other forum or Twitter posts

Exactly! And that worries me a little bit… let’s hope that they gradually address the problems and also fix that in the near future…

Yeah hope so. I bought the pack in the PS5 store for the OW PS4 version and when i am opening the game I have to buy the pack again to get the items.
I didn’t even have that option… The internal OW-shop says it’s no “longer available” to buy for me, and then it says below that I have unlocked all sorts of other skins that are from OW1 
Same problem I hope they fix this soon. I did look on the PlayStation store and I don’t see the pack listed on there anymore so hopefully it means they are fixing it for us.
Same boat, bought the watchpoint pack and unable to use it.
The pack is still in the store, but unable to purchase it.
We are missing out on the bonus battle pass XP.
Would be nice if we got some tier skips as compensation… but I don’t see that happening. Blizzard, you’ve changed.
