It depends which heroes you play. Lucio feels fine and Moira is getting re-worked. Brig is alright (if you enjoy her playstyle) and Bap is okay if you have an old main tank on your team with an actual shield. Zen is strong but you need to know what you’re doing with him, same with Ana while Mercy is either good or bad depending on who you speak to.
Overall tho, the role is harder to learn and the skill floor has been increased BUT the bonus is that it is now more impactful.
I’m enjoying Mercy alot more in OW2. Feels like I am saving people from dying all the time whereas in OW1 you are mostly just keeping people topped off.
