OW2 Skin Distribution (11 seasons later)

  • only female characters have more than 10 skins
  • only beautiful women with a lot of nsfw content on the internet have more than 10 skins, and for some reaso sojourn
  • ugliest woman got less skins, zarya, with only 5, damn, and of course venture who was launched with none
  • strange sombra dont reach 10 skins
  • people complained pharah got a lot of skins yet she have 9 (still more than the avarage but not even 10)
  • male characters with more gay ships got more skins

is my idea of blizzard is trying to get more money from nsfw addicts? nah, they wouldnt do that, they love the game and want to keep it integrity

Thanks for the data.

thats a lot of skins over the course of 11 seasons. good job on the devs.

Huh.

Itā€™s almost like someone smart at Blizzard still understands reality: that sexy is what sells to the average gamer population, a population who apparently still seems make up the majority of their player base. Obviously they will have to do just that and appeal to them with MTX aligned to their interests, assuming they want to stay afloat and pay their employees their wages and make other company ends meet.

All that virtue signaling about diversity, social correctness, etc, may score them lots of those sweet, sweet social media pointsā€”but not so much in dollars it seems. Not sure if current Blizzard employees are onboard with their wages being paid in social media points already (if so, then that would be some pretty impressive manipulation on managementā€™s part!), but Iā€™m 100% certain those pesky local landowners, power companies, and ISPs are still demanding payment in dollars and/or whatever else may be the accepted international currencies used in each of the respective communities where all their operations are located.

(Nothing against Blizzard or Microsoft, of course: both are very clearly forward-thinking, standards-setting global companies who we can see very much have made it their mission to squash out social injustices and play their part in engineering a world of cultural equality and safety for all; a world where no one would hopefully feel left behind, repressed, or are uncomfortable around their peers, one live service product at a time.)

Makes me wonder how they will eventually plan to doll up Venture, lol.
