OW2 PS5 Button Layout Issue

Hey,

i have a big Issue with my Layout on PS5.
I can’t navigate with my Controller, because the Game let me see the PC-Layout for all Buttons. The Thing is, i can’t use a Keyboard or a Mouse on the PS5, this doesn’t work.
And NO, i can’t open the Settings for change anything.

I don’t even have a square button. I can’t reload, I’m forced to stay a character in game because there is no prompted button for me to press. I tried to navigate the entire option menu and nothing helps. I even tried on 4 DIFFERENT controllers and they all have the same issue

you have to go to settings and “reset to default” and then set everything.
