I think theyre going in the right direction with the rest of the changes but these 4 are so bad its just baffling

Genji until the last patch. Now Tracer might be 2nd, who knows. Maybe once the t500 gengu mains calm down and notice its just a 7% damage nerf we will see if the nerf anything to t500 or just cull down the m2 spam into blade abuser.
Yea its tracer this patch genji last. Tracer is just better anyways especially against doom so I doubt genji mains will be able to play him all that well
Isn’t Ana’s “buff” meant to be just -1s CD on Sleep? She got hit with something like a -3s CD nerf coming into OW2 so this is a partial revert if anything, and will probably make no real difference.
Itll make a difference the longer the game goes. but it doesnt really matter if its a revert or not considering shes still really really good

Heres someone who actually plays tracer in masters.
Then you should know that Tracer is too weak.
To expand on the above, it’s a minor buff due to Kiriko’s cleanse taking away two of her offensive abilities.
