More fast, more tactical, way more interesting.

Seriously the carry potential is way more fun in the two, and that for every roles. Even healers are more fun if you take advantage of their excellent passive. You can outlive most dps.
It play more smoothly, aim actually register hits that sometime in OW1 it was not doing.
When you feel you carry your team you are really carrying your team. In OW1 you could kill 3 ennemies and still losing the teamfight because they were still three alives.
You feel less powerless with all the stuns removed. No more turning a corner and instakill because of some random stuns.
It take a time to get used to OW2, but it is completely worth it.

OW2 is so much more stressful and worse than OW1 and why?
OW2 = rushed match and empty, double healing, broken af.
OW1 = 6v6 more like srsly teamwork and together play, hard, required skill more…

Yeah, I’ve been enjoying my games. I had to basically drop OW1 after playing the betas because it just kinda felt dull in comparison, and it was pretty difficult to switch between the games.

yea anyone that played beta then went back to ow1, knows that 2 is a better game. The feeling of going back after beta was much worse than losing the first game.

Hi there. I was in the betas. I actually stopped playing after a day of both betas to go back to playing OW1 because I think OW2 is terrible.

People are going to argue with you and say “it’s too chaotic and fast and people don’t understand what to do!”
Yeah. They’re right. But go back to OW1 on day 1. It was incredibly chaotic then too. People will get used to 5v5. They just hate changing how they play. OW2 is fun if you’re willing to accept that you have to play differently. As much as people make the joke “OW2 is the same thing!” it has very different gameplay

i think the game is unironically too fast for its own good at times.
i generally like more “chill” playstyles, which is why i mained engie in tf2 and why i preferred tanks like orisa.

I haven’t been able to play yet, so I’m reserving judgment on gameplay. I can say however, I resent the monitization model, and it’s a biiiiiig turn off. If the gameplay doesn’t compensate for that enough, I don’t think I’ll play much, tbh.

I do feel, going from OW1, the chaos of OW2’s quickplay is just horrible.
I’ve barely been able to stand playing QP games in OW2, while I used to enjoy it quite a bit in OW1. Playing comp is much better, but I can’t bare to try playing this game casually in QP. Maybe its the MMR? Maybe its the fast pace not really working when everyone is being casual. But all I know is I became incredibly frustrated playing QP as a support, meanwhile comp felt great.

I wouldn’t blame the Devs too much on that. Blizzard as a whole kinda does monetization with games in a sh*tty way. It’s horrible I agree but I doubt it’ll change. The only thing I’ll get is the battle pass
