OW2 Bastion's "Configuration: Sentry" is not a sentry

Im mean healing ar best just stalled fights more so then gave bastion a fixed advantage.

The sentry mode needed to be able to move, othwise bastion would have been left in dysfunctional state he is now.

Tank configuration is still technically their your just shooting into the air for 600 pod a shot.

While swaping out for the old sentry weakness.

His primary is the only thing i have issue with. Beit that his new sticky, tho visually out of place. Looks to be a lot of fun.

Like a bouncy pulse can get around corners. Cant wait.

Works fine in quickplay.

That’s not what the term “technically” means. In no way still there.

Pointless as you cannot see around corners and even if you could, how could you know where to aim it?

If you can’t differentiate between a misunderstanding and lying, it’s fine. You can believe whatever you want.

Is all you do is complain? How about you try the damn changes out for yourself instead of judging it when we’ve seen barely anything on it. Bastion is his OW1 state is garbage and extremely OP and you’ll just have to except that.

Name a hero you care about and I will ruing them as much as they want to for Bastion and I’ll see if you sing a different tune.

He works fine if the other team doesn’t have an an Ana, sleep dart is the single worst thing to happen to this game to a bastion main.

The fact is you assume just because someone says a hero is garbage that they don’t know how to play said hero. I’m a hog main and I know for a fact he’s one of the worst heroes in the game. I think you need to set your aggressive ego aside and understand that you made a post on a discussion forum, and should expect people to criticize you and disagree with you. Bastion is an unbearably easy hero. Wether your immaculately large ego disagreed or not. I guess your not someone who understands the meaning of the word opinion. Nor do you know the concept of being humble, or admitting your wrong.

Here’s a fact: Roadhog is so hard to kill when he uses take a breather he can survive a point blank detonation of DVA’s ultimate. And you accuse other heroes of being easy. Heroes you coincidentally don’t main… OH but not because you’re lying and actually find Bastion much harder to play than Hog.

Hmm, continuing a trend of every accusation being a confession.

Since you’re so humble how about you get a taste of your own medicine and be told if your main deserves to be treated the same way:

Take a Breather: Removed ENTIRELY.

Replaced with: the objectively worst projectile attack in the game, it’s slow and doesn’t even do damage on impact so anyone with cleanse can easily negate it. It’s even got inconsistent interaction on surfaces.

Damage: reduced to only 80 damage per shot.

Ultimate: Hog loses his current ultimate and it’s a meagre clone of some other ultimate, like Hog can make 3 small gas clouds that don’t freeze like Mei’s ult but slows them down.

If you don’t like this, let me quote a very “humble” person:

The fact you wrote a whole essay about my response to your post shows how easily people can get under your skin. And the changes you tried to use as an example were useless. Your acting as if they completely broke Bastion as a hero into. No, they made him more viable as a singular hero like literally every other DPS. You can’t throw in Bastion’s changes towards hog and expect to get your point across. I don’t feel like having a whole Twitter argument with a random forum user, so just take this response of mine, and move on.

You just like that a hero you struggle against is getting their key mode put on on a long cooldown and a massive 40% damage nerf.

You’re delighted that the one upside is trivial.

Your refusal to be convinced proves nothing about Bastion, only proves how unreasonable you are.

You can take your own advice and leave.

I’ve never seen somebody talk about themselves so clearly before, wow. All you are is another forums user complaining about their main, not that I haven’t done that before, but you take it to next level annoyance. So far as to have an entire argument with someone you could’ve just had a reasonable debate with, but instead started a very useless argument. Now, enjoy your life clown :clown_face:.

Bastion’s not even half broken, though. Bastion punishes players who refuse to coordinate. Which, you know, isn’t bastions fault at all.

In which case they wouldn’t have fixed sentry mode, they’d simply have removed it without any pretence.

There’s nothing particularly special about doing a bit more damage in exchange for slower movement. And other heroes already do that much much better.

I gave my money to Blizz because funky arrow split into many arrow and go “bing bing bing bing” and bounce real nice like. WHERE GO?
