I have 75 hours of competitive record from OW1, but there’s nothing shown in my profile dropdown. I was also not given the Top 500 title despite being top 500 in OW1, and having the Top 500 player icons.

you need to get t500 in ow2 to get the title

The T500 icon is seasonal so if you received it in Season 1 and didn’t maintain the T500 rank in Season 2 then you’d lose the title.
If you placed T500 in OW1 then you don’t receive the title-- even in Season 1 I believe.

As for the Top 500 player title, those are only awarded for finishing in Top 500 in a season of Overwatch 2. However, these titles expire after one season anyways.
