Instead of making changes in the game like nerfs, buff , reworks, why dont change the developers? Overwach is dying, and they cant make anything good for the game. Just ridiculous buff, nerf…

What dev’s do you see applying for Blizzard rn?
They’re most likely following orders, I’m sure if they were given free reign we’d be getting much riskier changes, and not only for the OWL players.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think getting different devs will change the way actiblizzard does things, or doesn’t do things.
The problem isn’t the developers.
There are decision makers pushing OWL, and balance decisions made for that direction instead of the 99% of the player base that plays the game.
I don’t even think they have devs anymore. Everything is recycled.
It feels like they payed someone to program few things and then they let him go.
That woudl explain why the comp system was never changed as well and other things that people have been complaining about for ages.
