Every time I try to login to Overwatch is just takes along time then says Lost Connection to game server. I’ve been troubleshooting all day tried everything I’m not sure what else I can do
Try using the looking glass test, since it directly pings the login server from your location.

Edit: Going to add this note here, but if you want to discuss, it’s best if you start a new thread. There is a lot of packet loss on your local ISP nodes. I’m not sure if this a mobile hotspot type of connection, but the packet loss values point in that direction. These don’t meet the system requirements because they are not very stable. However, if it is a landline connection (coaxial cables), then you definitely want to contact the ISP about this issue.

Your tests look okay, with exception to the last one, where your connection is being routed a lot of extra places by Comcast. This builds up a high ping time, of anywhere between 74ms and 134ms.
I recommend trying an alternative connection, like a mobile hotspot, or maybe even a VPN (you choose/setup - no support for these on forum). This would help you pin down the ISP as the source of the problem. And if so, would give you cause for contacting your ISP about this issue. You could also just skip ahead and tell your ISP you cannot reach Overwatch and there are no server or authentication server issues at this time.
yeah as soon as I use a vpn it works but I only have a free one so it puts me in like africa and my ping is really high
Okay, if switching to the VPN lets you login without issue, this is 100% an ISP routing issue. I recommend contacting them at your earliest convenience and explain that a VPN works, but their service doesn’t.

Yeah, their number is likely on your bill or on their site. Some companies also offer live chat or Twitter support.

Well, it’s not a thing you would be able to fix on your own, so that’s why your efforts didn’t help. You can also share that last test I mentioned with them, and they can have a Level 2 or 3 tech take a look at it to see the problem.

It’s definitely possible for that to happen. It could be a temporary issue due to maintenance somewhere in their network, or damage to some portion of it. I would make sure to keep on them about it, since you don’t pay for their service to cause these kinds of issues, and it’s important to stick up for your personal interests with them.

That would be someone at your ISP, not at Blizzard. You’d ask them to escalate your call to someone who can read the connection test results.
