Since it’s not been addressed in the bug section in the couple of weeks it’s been an issue and the blues are ignoring it I’m gonna post here to get more visibility.
OW is freezing in menus or when joining a game constantly, I’ve lost 280SR to this bug in two weeks.
It seems to happen to Nvidia users with a dual monitor setup for some reason.
Please fix this bug I’m tired of losing SR and getting banned from ranked because of it.

I’m pretty sure we’re talking about the same thing…but in a quarter of my OW1 matches it will kick me out of a Skirmish and have me wait at the “Game Found” main menu screen for up to 30 seconds before it kicks me out and I have to requeue both the match and the skirmish.
Not the same. OW freezes when joining a game and it stay on the splash screen. I hear the game in the background but there is no way to join or get to previous menu, so i need to kill the OW process in task manager.
