Why do we have a fixation with 6v6 vs 5v5? Is the one extra player that important?
The point is you cannot sabatoge it , cause do you know who is back mercy mains, double mercy is common often triples quadruple
Then someone will go hog atleast purely cause how good he is
There your 1-3-2
You can sabotage it if you play rein without zarya though
Nope, that’s not the intention at all.
Because if they bring back 6v6 (which still may never happen outside of special events like this), they’re not going to be bringing back how the heroes played in 1.0 Overwatch, which is what Classic currently is.
All the things you loved from 1.0 are in there, as well as all the things you hated. Anyone with a working brain is going to realize that those old hero designs are not coming back, even if Blizzard brings back 6v6 as a permanent format change.
As a community, we take the results of something happening and try to assign intent behind it.
We have 50% win rates. They must be forced.
Classic is kinda fun. Must be trying to distract us from 6v6
Widow is strong and Sombra was nerfed, must be due to Widow’s mythic (ok I believe this one)
Not everyone enjoys role queue and 5v5 my friend.
And as you can see from posts in this thread and others, there are people who are enjoying this like myself.
I’m just hoping that they keep both formats. I prefer the freedom of non-rolequeue 6v6 and like the slower pace a bit more, but I also understand that not everyone likes that.
Hopefully everyone has something they want after all the smoke settles next season.
I am assuming you are referring to the main OW2 game mode here
I dont see any good reasons to nerf Mercy at the moment
I think she is close to balanced right now but a little bit on the underpowered side of the fence
if anything this just proves how much i really want 6v6 back. I’m legit hooked on classic like its 2016 all over again!
And they’re gonna bring back moth meta patch too. Most certainly this is what it seems to be.
That said, I’m having a blast. Got my 6v6 enthusiast title already.
