They already said they’re looking for a new publisher. It’ll suck for a while for dedicated players, but there’s always a VPN as another commenter mentioned and it’s unlikely it’ll last forever.

I guess we won’t be getting a lunar new year event ever again /s

OW 2 is not the first and last game to shut down in china.

Wonder if this will affect queue times at all.

Note: Blizz Devs already the lowest paid devs in Cali…

The company claimed in November that it was looking for alternative ways to bring its games to China

They’ll be back, just with different publisher.

LNY event is literally right around the corner wdym?

They /s at the end of Octo’s statement is to indicate sarcasm.

BFO was way too grindy and personally I found the titles not to my liking so I had zero incentive to play it.

I did do it as it was the easiest way to do the arcade weekly as I’m always at least top
Four but outside that there was no reason to play it.

If this was the 1800’s…

History is just repeating I feel.
