WHAT YOU PLAY
‘Player choice starts with deciding which kind of Overwatch experience you’re looking for’
For me I primarily play unranked 6v6
Despite being a tank one trick I do feel as though I have some say in how the match plays out, whether I play well or choke.
HOW YOU PLAY
‘Perks, Hero bans & stadium armory … These kinds of systems allow more room for creativity, strategy, and personal expression.’
Again, as a 6v6 open queue player, the perks are what I primarily interact with, and I think they’re pretty fun so far. I wouldn’t say they’re game changing, but I wouldn’t get rid of them, either.
WHY YOU PLAY
'One of the most meaningful areas of player agency includes all the ways you tailor your experience outside of active matches … rather than overhaul big systems like progression, we’re looking to build gradually by adding more ways for you to earn cool stuff’
I’m definitely down with the end of match voting cards coming back. I admit a bias here… I remember first playing OW on console at a friends place, and seeing those cards at the end of the match and thinking ‘wow that is really cool, I’ve never seen that in another multi player game before’.
In other words, that is a feature that is likely geared to OW old timers, but I’m here for it, and I hope other players might come to appreciate it as well.
At any rate… if you had to list your reasons for What, How & Why you play, what might yours be? If you need more context/inspiration, here is the original post:

I know I gave a very limited/biased view, but that is why I’m curious to hear about everyone else’s experience. If you made it this far, thanks for reading
