Overwatch xbox flashing icon

I went to diagnosing overwatch networking, went to the drop down box which is “Make a selection” and
select network icons. The ones I have are three yellow squares indicated in the top left of my screen and one with a arrow circle with a lightning bolt. How do I fix this?

If these network icons are appearing frequently AND you are noticing a signficant reduction in connection quality (lag, character skipping or studdering, etc.) please work through this troubleshooting first:

I did everything in the troubleshooting overwatch connection problem but I still have these icons. I did do a looking glass test. Can you determine if these are the cause below.
