Overwatch won't boot

Since Retribution ended, I’ve been getting an error upon launching the game.

• Error 0xE0010160 - Imgur: The magic of the Internet

I’ll be able to launch immediately following a restart, but after exiting the game and coming back a few hours later, the error occurs.

I have tried multiple clean reinstalls of drivers, restarting the machine multiple times, but this error always seems to happen every couple of hours.

Edit - It appears this is a bug with the most recent driver of NVIDIA being uninstalled automatically by Windows 10 after going idle.

General Error 0xE0010160 [SOLVED]

We are aware of issues with Nvidia driver 397.31 entering a bad state, this can occur every time you restart the computer. If you have this driver and the troubleshooting above hasn’t helped. Make sure to install the Hotfix Here.

i have that same problem but my error code is 0xE0070160 and it states that it cant find any graphics hardware at all. and overwatch support is hard to get in contact with so i don’t know what to do. this happens every time too. can someone help us?
