That and most likely will get a cut of the profit or must be limited in some way, be it tied to a move promo or have specific boxes/market that only holds those skins.

No it’s because of her backstory similar to Green Lantern and this is the case with Brigitte being Scout because of her similar backstory to his. That was good, but I was looking for a full list with heroes from Team Fortress 2 which includes mercs, Star Wars, Marvel, and DC.
Well the title just says pop culture. But if you want a better Marvel skin you could at least pick a female like Black Widow or Scarlet Witch. Or go with one of the numerous lesser know non-Avengers Marvel superheroines, like Spider Girl for example, she’s even half Mexican. Or the most obvious would be Sue Richards, the Invisible Woman.
