Overwatch Tech Support Help

Well my next question is what changed in the past 3 months? We’ve had this for a year and no issue but 3 months ago that all changed…Is there anything I can do to be put back in the proper region? My last resort would be blocking the IP’s on EVERY server that overwatch provides but that seems like a very long, tedious, and confusing process considering I’d need to grab every ip port for every server and region
