Overwatch team so small in comparison to other huge games?

300 ppl on the Overwatch team developing the game, tens of millions of players, hundreds of millions of dollars and only 300 people. The fortnite team is 900 people at last count which is why they get so much huge content like the lego update. Im jelly. Not even enough people to make PVE on the Overwatch team.

OW1 had 40 and they still did more work than the current team will ever do.

wait, my last info was like 800 devs for OW2.

Overwatch doesn’t have a content problem. It has a BALANCE problem.

outside of paid cosmetics there is nothing to do in the game.

They made things like kinda PvE, Flashpoints, Mauga and etc.

The problem is that their fun and the fun of the majority of gamers look very different.

Right. There is a small balance team and probably a pretty small hero design team (the design of the abilities, not any graphical design). Maybe 20 people total are making the game suck (balance and Mauga design).

The implementors and graphics folks are doing a great job. Not their fault those 2 small teams screw it all up.

And how much time did it take them to make those things?
How much time was in between them?

They stopped working on OW1 content because they were working on the pve, and even then, it wasn’t what we were promised.

The problem is that the things they are making are too far & in between & take away time from other things.
