Recently I got disconnected a lot, it maybe because I updated to Windows 10 1809 and then rolled back to 1803. So I scan for repair. Battle .net asks permission to repair, fetching data (50MB). The progress bar turns red “Initializing” and immediately finish (still the whole bar in red). Started another scan and Battle .net will do same thing. I even removed and re-installed both Battle .net and Overwatch but this behavior persists.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling but make sure you also delete any residual files from the BattleNet Program Files folder and the Overwatch Program Files. Follow these precise steps:
