I am getting an error ACCOUNT MISSING OVERWATCH LISCENSE and won’t let me on my account which I have had and linked from xbox. It tries to make me relogin in the game (why do I have to log in if I am using your Battle.net app?) and it just had the endless loading spin and says logging in. I have another account and when I click the manage account button then it takes me to the Battle.net info for the other account. I checked I am logged in as RXNCATALYST. Your wires are crossing somehow and won’t let me choose which account to log into. I do have a license and a few thousand hours playing. Please fix ASAP.
These steps can help if you see the License Missing Error:

Login and verify the license is showing up on the account management page.

Sadly didn’t work
I submitted a ticket but I was confused to the category you directed me to… It was purchase error and I have owned this game since the release day. I have been playing for years with no problem and I think I am level 1700. It seems like the error was in something else.
Yeah but it’s an account issue. Don’t worry about the category if it doesn’t fit exactly.
