I have been attempting to receive my “Overwatch Recap” video, however, when I go to the website, it says “opt in” and I’m not sure if this is for everybody, but when I press opt in, it takes me to my “communication preferences” settings on Battle.net and I’m not sure what’s wrong with it that’s holding me back from getting the recap video. My settings are the same as other people who have gotten it so I’m not sure if there’s an issue or if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s a time zone thing as most people received it when it first happened.

I’m also getting the same problem 
same here. everyone else seems to be getting them. i’m in the USA, I’m opted in, but i didn’t get any email. it sucks cuz they could literally just give you the video on the website instead of emailing it to you and forcing you to opt-in to emails.

Same here., been playing since the OW1 beta so I’m pretty disappointed.
